A small building was renovated and extended nearby.  Plenty of parking.   Retail zoning.  What businesses would thrive in this economy?  3 shop fronts.

A medical centre opened.................

then a chemist........... 

I had utilized the first two businesses' services with confidence on a number of occasions.........

I am a little concerned now, though. A funeral director has taken up the third lease

hahaaa.......very convenient, and a real money saver, too !  No driving around from place to place.  Too bad there isn't a fourth shop.....pepe could have opened a shop for people to keep in touch with their loved ones after they've "passed over".

A discount  retail store has closed here recently and a bulk bill clinic is opening in its place. The shop premises has had a varied history, 3 different discount stores, fruit & vege shop over the years. I bet the leasor is pleased to find someone likely to be in business for a long time.

The shop next door had a sign on the window---cancer insurance..........Richo.
