Cooking Corn on the Cob

Lots of cheap corn on the cob around lately.

Found this really, really great way to cook it without having

to deal with that horrible silk.

And it's microwaved - not boiled, so no washing up

Tried it last night   -  brilliant.   Quick and easy.    Stays hot too

Another good way is on the barbecue, you need to soak them in water first

Best way is with butter (not margarine that's chemical rubbish) wrapped in alfoil. Then a little freshly cracked pepper.
The nutrients in corn are actually released by cooking with butter.

You can't use alfoil in a MW.
