Lots of cheap corn on the cob around lately.
Found this really, really great way to cook it without having
to deal with that horrible silk.
And it's microwaved - not boiled, so no washing up
Tried it last night - brilliant. Quick and easy. Stays hot too

Best way is with butter (not margarine that's chemical rubbish) wrapped in alfoil. Then a little freshly cracked pepper.
The nutrients in corn are actually released by cooking with butter. You can't use alfoil in a MW.
You get a lovely light show if you do though
