This support package might fail in the short term. Millions of people with $750 in their bank accounts who'll be too nervous to visit shopping malls etc,fearing they might contract the virus.
I bought some albums from OS before this virus hit the fan. I'm now waiting to see if they arrive in the usual amount of time before I make more purchases.

you must remember buying online is not a human free zone

after you press the 'buy' button you start a long process of your item being handled by many hands.

if just 1 of those steps is affected by the virus your item could be delayed by several weeks.

the only actual way to buy right now and be sure you get what you want 'now' is to actually go out and get it yourself.

Financially a business is a separate entity to a private person , therefore a legal representitive or owner can on behalf of the entity  apply for funding - not that it will be always granted , but ethically can apply 

AS for me , the private individual , one must be careful in commenting about issues that may be soley relavent to another country as this can create a backlash from those that may feel intruded upon
