Is local production being introduced ? - a worthy project for Govt subsidy to accelerate production as many kits will be required for the food production industry people to certify them clear of infection and so maintain confidence of consumers and so continued purchases , thinking fast food , cafes

I did have a thought - Supermarkets could have issued/be issuing ' ration cards '.
A fair amount for all - not the hoarding going on.
To say nothing of the price gouging going on.
Oh - you got toot paper yesterday & the day before - had your quota - well & truly.

Supermarkets issue Rewards - not hard.
As a regular customer - issue ration cards - don't have one don't shop - or get one.
