Don't people coming back to NZ have to go to quarantine? Even here, anybody who returns to OZ is locked up for 2 weeks.

Scary, Grandson and mother in Wales waiting for grandsons treatment, they are allowed to go over the road to the shop, also a short walk.
That is supposed to be lock down for 14 days.
They wear masks but I thought they would not be able to leave their apartment.
I am really worried, I hear a lot of cases have been caught in Hospitals.
Still he has to have this treatment that is all that is left
