The age of consent in most of Australia is 16, but it's 17 in some places. 

Age of consent is in all cities of Aust at 16, except South Aust. & Tasmania where it is 17yrs.

Didn't the text messages confirm that there was a sexual relationship when he was fifteen?  Also the woman's texts telling him that no one must know because she would have been in a lot of trouble.

Let's face it, she's not just fat, she's not even just obese.  An absolute bush pig.

Yes. I would think the text messages are evidence and that at the age of 15 the police could have done something without the boy needing to report the matter .

I would think it would fall under the Telecommunications Crime Act and some others ?

The phone numbers to and from would be traceable and ? the 15 year old phone registered in his Mothers name.You would think that the Parent could act on that ?

I remember reading an article written by a judge.  He said that in jury trials, even where it is proven that intercourse occurred with someone under the age of consent, the jury would find the party who had been charged "not guilty" if there was freely given consent from the other party.

You mean me refering to her size 🙂 She is not overweight she is obese...far from attractive in any way. Over weight ladies can look vert atrractive, she makes no effort IMO.

A 15-16 year old is not a man and has is often mentioned boys don't develope mentally as quickly as girls.

Should you daughter take up with a man of this womans age surely you wouldn't condone that?

And obviously they did find something about her attractive.  Whether it be her looks, her actions or something else that may have been on offer. And yes, I agree, it is off...which I also stated up there ^^^^^.
