What you mean nothing to see there? What if humanoid-aliens live there then what? Imagine if their DNA is identical to ours it could be our ancestors. Got to find out!

I agree it would be nice but heres the thing, are we as humans, ready to experance what we encounter off world? What would they think about the way we conduct our lives here? Personally, i'd be soo embarased for the human race, if i had to like, introduce them to my fellow humans who smoke, do other drugs, allow their leaders to invade other countries. If i knew what was behind the sun, lets say i could even contact them, talk to the Sleekons on planet X, i would likely choose not to, caus then they would be curious about us, and i'm not exactly proud to show off my fellow humans, and planet.

In short, i don't feel like spending the rest of my life explaining and apoliguising for the rest of you. lol
