Another young man has died today after being hit by a coward punch. A young man that did nothing except being in the wrong place at the wrong time
What should happen to people that throw cowards punches?
What should happen to people that kill with a coward punch?
What should happen to people that maim and in so many cases disable people and or leave their victims with permanent brain damage with a coward punch
Should it be an automatic LIFE sentance?
What should the govt do about this?
What should the spineless judges and courts do about this and what sentences should they impose
Should it be a state issue or a federal issue or both?
In general whats your thoughts on coward punches
Whats the thoughts on the increase of angry young people (men and women) out there fuelled by alcohol (and DRUGS) and the violence on the streets now days

DANIEL Christie, the 18-year-old boy who was hit by a "coward punch" on New Year's Eve, has died in hospital today.
His family made the harrowing decision to turn off his life support today after Daniel spent 11 days in a critical condition at St Vincent's Hospital.
"This is the saddest announcement we can possibly make - that Daniel is no longer with us," his family said, in a statement issued a short time ago to the media.
"While no words can describe how crushed we are, Daniel fought courageously over the past eleven days which allowed everyone to say their farewells.
"It has also given us all strength and tightened even further the bond our family share.

King hit is unAustralian, always has been, what's going on???
So before you try to say anything else, King hit was always looked upon as a cowardly act in this country.
Historically a king hit was cowardly as was using knives or kicking while a person was down. So that was my reason for posting, there's no need for you to jump on "unAustralian" as though it means something else.
Saying that something is unaustralian, implies that it is 'imported'. It implies that being Australian is superior to other races. It is a ridiculous term, especially as it is used to distance ourselves from something ugly that is very much happening in our society.

I just saw on the news the gutles coward has been charged with murder today.
Unfortunately I bet they will reduce the charge latter when things quieten down

No. What you've written is merely your translation, nothing more
'Un-Australian' means to most Aussies something which is out of kilter with Aussie values and mores -- something which does not conform with Aussie behaviours
Has nothing whatsoever to do with 'imported'

I hope the murder charge stays.
Police have charged self-proclaimed mixed martial arts fighter Shaun McNeil with murder following the death of 18-year-old Daniel Christie on Saturday.
McNeil had been charged with maliciously inflict grievous bodily harm and assault occasioning actual bodily harm following the alleged New Year's Eve assault but the charges were upgraded by police on Monday afternoon.
... Mr McNeil has been charged with four counts of assault over the alleged attacks on Peter and the three juveniles.
He will face Central Local Court on Tuesday on the charge of murder.

Yep. I agree
Next is for sentencing that reflects the crime
Sharia Law demands and eye for an eye
The killer took a life. Took. It was no accident, no slip of a brake-pedal
That killer should at least serve 25 years before he's eligible to apply for parole, in my opinion. And I must be feeling mellow to say 25 years is adequate sentence for someone who ended someone else's life. No -- **bleep** mellow. Execution. Remove the killer from the gene pool. Who needs him? Thousands of low-IQ, no-respect morons just like him. We're not running short of them and it will be a cold day in Hell before we ever do

100% correct but the one eyed screeching & claque is always on the lookout to start something out of nothing.

putting your slant on it rather than the context it was put is your form but totally wrong as usual

saying something that is offensive without actually comprehending what is being said does not make it any less offensive
The "coward punch" not only would not be acceptable anywhere in world, but I cannot find any cases anywhere else.
Anyway, McNeil is going to be charged with murder.

What on earth has Sharia Law got to do with this case? are you suggesting we should use it in the courts for determining punishment?
