There are several that spring to mind.

One is the United Nations they have done untold damage to the peoples of the world.

It has been suggested that those of below average IQ should be eliminated but I disagree, the below average IQ are are a great source of entertainment, especially on on line forums 🙂

Really? I can't think of any race that has only avoided extinction through the deaths of a few volunteers.
