DDU can I ask you about your chooks? You do have chooks don't you?
Roughly what sort of cage do you have i.e. wooden? How many chooks & what/how much do you feed them? I searched chook houses on ebay, do you suggest a good one?


Klarry what is needed to fox proof a chook house? We were thinking wire underneath and perhaps sleepers too? Are snakes & rats a problem?


Any information would be good 🙂

Hey we had a ring tail possum trying to take cover under the verandah in the huge rains Sunday morning, where ever he usually goes must've been floaded out. He was all wet poor thing, then he vanished.

I think he might live in the roof.

yes, she does Clair, but.....she doesn't go into the chook house wearing thigh high gum boots, glasses of champers in hand, singing romantic melodies, then produce a bottle of oil, to supposedly "help" said broody chook.
