He's the one up on multiple assault charges...... plain and simple.
Without legs..... he was able to commit multiple acts of severe assault himself....

This man didn't break any laws, nor did he resist arrest, but was neverthless assaulted by several officers.
Where? In Brisbane. What a surprise.
A SECOND police officer faces repercussions for allegedly using excessive force during the arrest of a homeless man in Brisbane's Queen Street Mall six years ago.
The Crime and Misconduct Commission has recommended disciplinary action be considered against the arresting officer, Constable Robert Kemper, as well as Constable Benjamin Arndt who was found guilty in the Brisbane Magistrate's Court last year of assaulting Bruce Rowe, then 65.
The dramatic arrest of Mr Rowe on July 9, 2006, who was kneed repeatedly by Constable Arndt while he was lying on the ground, was captured by CCTV footage and led to a landmark private prosecution of Arndt.

It just seems to me that the people actually present and witnessing his arrest did seem to think the police were using excessive force.
It's hard to tell from a video but the comments from the witnesses show that.
Of course he is the one on multiple assault charges. It's not possible for him to charge the police.

My best friend growing ups father was a policeman, he used to bash her mother frequently, he was good at it, bruises down the back (hidden), you would never know it or believe it at the time..........another friend of mine has been the recipient of police brutality in custody in qld, it was EXTREME.
It does happen siggie, it does happen and they need to be held accountable.
You asked earlier why I mentioned Dick Smith, I mentioned it because it is silly to blame ALL sellers on eBay for their poor performance, just as it is to blame the entire police force for police brutality which does exist.

So you are biased and unable to see this case for what it is....

Local fb page this morning, a woman said the legless guy has been proven to be the wrong person............... when I was about to ask where this was reported and proven, the post was removed. Anyone else see it anywhere?
By the way, the man had prosthetic limbs, he wasn't actually legless until he tried to get away by detaching them, lol.
If I was innocent of a crime and a police officer came up to me in a food court, I doubt I would try to abscond, I would probably comply with the request for a bag check.
I wouldn't spit on or bite them.

Nope, try and read what I am writing, never did I say he was innocent of the crime, I said he didn't have legs and he wash bashed by a policeman.

The bottle shop owner is an eye witness to the theft and arrests........ and has no sympathy for the pair.
The couple go to court next month.
