No. Because anybody with an understanding of the history of English/Aussie relations would recognise it as friendly banter.  Most Australian/Muslim interactions haven't reached that stage yet.

Apparently the main reason it closed was the high cost of animal feed - so obviously the Poms weren't showing up in droves on their pushbikes.

Well, 1) it's not racism, and 2) yeah.

You should hear what I cop on an almost daily basis because I'm from NZ. But that's okay because I understand it's coming from an entirely different basis.
