Divorce

Not sure if anyone remembers.....  thought I'd do an update anyway.

I haven't been on the boards for a long while, just a lurk or two everynow and then...

I ended my 24 year marriage June last year and finally had my divorce granted last week....less than a month and it will be absolute!

It's been a hard 16 months but I finally got here and couldn't be happier...can't say the same for the ex LOL, he's a sad sorry mess that isn't working and is homeless

Don't be sorry. I'm not...I'm the happiest I've ever been!  

Rest assured there is no pity party from me for the ex...he has enough pity for himself LOL

It's my teenage girls that I feel sorry for....  they have to deal with a dead beat Dad that lives in his car at the local Maccas

It is good that you are happy now.

It is a shame for the girls their Dad can't get himself together and be a functional member of society.

Yes a new life ... I've even got a new fella, it's very new though, not sure where it will go if anywhere!
