unrefrigerated......everything has a use by date....much sooner than if it's kept in the fridge.

I am like you Donna, eggs in the fridge.
I have never put Soya sauce in the fridge, now I am going have to go and look on the bottle.

I do too. and Jam as well. But they tell you to refrigerate everything these days just to cover themselves

depends in the summer i keep eggs in the fridge, not so much in winter.
have never kept soy sauce in the fridge
i do however keep jam in the fridge even homemade jam i keep in the fridge.

Take eggs out of fridge to come to room temp for baking was what I was taught

If ya gunna put soy in you might as well put in the vinegar.
