Tomato sauce in the fridge
Soy sauce in the cupboard.
If you don't keep your eggs in the fridge.. where do you keep them? On the bench? In the cupboard?

Why put soya sauce in the fridge----just asking.......................Richo.

The fridge is to keep things cold I think Richo
I remember my first trip to Thailand (long time ago) my friends would never buy meat if it was refrigerated, it had to be warm so they knew it was fresh /freshly dead.....
I have Thai friends here now that are still skeptical of buying meat that is refrigerated because you really don't know how long ago it was killed, it kind of makes sense.
I buy meat from Aussie Farmers and I am often surprised by the use by dates????
Then again I usually smell milk as use by dates don't mean much as it can go off well before the use by date.

Eggs in the fridge (soy too). I'll take a couple out the night before if I'm having boiled eggs for brekky, otherwise the shells tend to crack open in the pan.
I used to store chocolate in the fridge during summer but read somewhere that this is a bad idea, flavour-wise.
Mustard, mayo, tomato sauce, etc all go in the fridge.
