I made enchiladas for dinner last night and topped mine with cilantro (coriander). My husband hates it and says it tastes like soap to him. Do you like this herb?

for me,it's only when it's fresh, and just the leaves, that give me heartburn,it's fine if it's cooked into food.
i need to learn more about indian food, and see what our picky selves would eat. i know hubby likes pad tai,i think it's called(?),but i've never made it.

to me it smells like those stinky beetles.
it's horrible.
i wish it would smell like soap.
i am not sure but i think that when i store cilantro for a few days in the fridge it goes away (or i get used to it?).
never had stinky problems with coles cilantro *the fesh food people PMSL*

i don't think i've ever paid attention to the smell, probably because it sits with all the other spices while i'm cooking.
i will,though,i'm curious now!
