I think there are plenty of couples being less than honest with Centrelink about their living and/or financial situations. How they get away with it I have no idea.

I would say stay at home mothers "spitting out kids" is a rare thing these days.  most married couples are struggling just as much as anyone else, and have to both work to survive and provide for their kids.
