Yes, its a great plan . Taxpayers pay polluters to stop polluting.

what a fraud, he even claimed today that "direct action' was a more efficient method...

plant a tree, buy carbon credits for polluters using taxpayers money. how will this reduce carbon emmissions ?  it wont.  luckily for him (with a little help from murdoch FUD) the electorate is in the dark on this fraudulent approach.
