No Icy, I don't see it. But then I don't have your mind or your attitudes. Isn't it wonderful how we can all have different opinions.
It's mind-boggling, actually.
There you go, we actually agreed on something. Community Spirit is alive and kicking.

You've hit the nail on the head!
Children don't think fo themselves. They look to adults for guidance.
Which is why it's so easy to brainwash them.
LOL - perhaps when a kid comes to you asking a question - you ask back - What Do You Think.
Worked for me.
Really/ That's kind of absolving resonsibilty of an an adult towards a child.

He should have been supported to make his own decisions. He might still be alive, and maybe even happy.
Why did he protest against it so vehemently then?
He was obviously not 'happy'!

I can only assume because he had been brainwashed into believing his sexual orientation was a sin. And if it was a sin for him, that meant it was a sin for others, and why should they find fulfilment in life when he couldn't.
If, however, he had been allowed to develop without the brainwashing, he might well have been happy. And alive.

I'm confused.
Imagine the poor kids trying to sort themselves as to gender assignment after a session of being read to by drag queens!
OMG! I once accompanied Doopa Dog (The GWN mascot) to a Children's Book Week function at a local school. I wonder how many of those poor kids went away confused about their species assignment.

You think?
Some politicians, including the state LNP MP Mark Robinson and the federal LNP MP George Christensen, linked Gavin’s death to the reaction on social media.
“Twitter is broken,” Christensen said in a tweet before deactivating his Twitter account. “It’s for ad hominem attacks & pile-ons, not real discourse. And it’s aided and abetted by the media.”
Social media is a bully.

What exactly constitutes a 'mob'?
Your comment appears to be addressed to me. If you read my posts you will see that in none of them have I attempted to foist a personal opinion on anyone,
#4 posed a question regarding the protesters
#10 replied to a question, by offering someone else's suggestions.
#33 corrected a fallacy - that the event took place in a classroom.
#40 stated a fact which showed the event was in no way school related.
( mob mentality )
My comments weren't adressed to anyone in particular, more to a group of people who seem to be all of the same mind set on this subject and are hell bent on bullying anyone who doesnt go along with their views ( mob mentality ).

And I once sent my daughter to a fancy dess party dressed as the Easter Bunny - do you think it may have scarred her for life?

I don't know about Robinson, but I hardly consider Christensen a valid spokesman for anything except being the Member for Manila.
And whether or not (probably whether) the social media attacks contributed, he didn't exactly have clean social media hands himself.
