Dumb things that people say

Who is that guy that keeps saying "let's be crystal clear about this" " i want to be crystal clear" etc etc

Does he mean something else? I really don't get it.

its only dumb if you say it over and over and in fact say nothing. i'm guessing the person isn't clear at all. where you often are.
