Dumb things that people say

Who is that guy that keeps saying "let's be crystal clear about this" " i want to be crystal clear" etc etc

Does he mean something else? I really don't get it.

oh i see lol

i thought it may have been someone close to her or a work colleague that was being annoying.   my manager used to drive me nuts with some of his odd habits.

Even worse is when you preface it with "Look." 

And so ironic given the lack of transparency we now have from his government.
