i believe everyone should have the same rights, opportunities and responsibilities but that those factors are set by law in regard to age appropriateness eg right to marry or have relationship must be between consenting adults, people under a certain age are not expected to work etc.

Not one of that 64% has said just what model of person they aspire to be equal to.

LOL - even in Socialism you have the elite who control the equal....

QUESTIONS: Why should people be denied the right to rise to their full potential if they're prepared to work for it or put in the effort?

For example: Should an elite athlete be denied their Olympic Gold Medal or recognition for their achievements, simply because other people didn't put in the same effort to achieve those heights that they have?

Should someone who sees and opportunity and takes it/works with it, not have the right for their efforts to be rewarded moreso than the person who couldn't be bothered to put in the effort?

Is that like feminism being about women being too lazy to something or another ....and instead of talking and moaning about inequality they should just BE equal.
