Extensive research done on various Australopithecus
specimens by two world-renowned anatomists from England and
the USA, Lord Solly Zuckerman and Prof. Charles Oxnard, showed that
these creatures did not walk upright in human manner. Having studied the
bones of these fossils for a period of 15 years thanks to grants from the
British government, Lord Zuckerman and his team of five specialists
reached the conclusion that australopithecines were only an ordinary ape
genus and were definitely not bipedal.
it's the gradual change. Homo erectus walked upright. Well the point is, there're plenty of transitional forms. It gets to a point where some scientist can't decide if they're apes or humans.

Pointless debating a misguided theist, Bob.

But...it is fascinating to observe how the intoxicating and compelling nature of religion can totally pervade and distort the human thinking processes, isn't it?

I have never heard of those in science books. Where are you getting your sources from???? If your point is there are Frauds out there, then I agree with you.

The origin of anthropoids — the simians, or "higher primates," which include monkeys, apes and humans — has been debated for decades among scientists. Although fossils unearthed in Egypt have long suggested that Africa was the cradle for anthropoids, other bones revealed in the last 15 years or so raised the possibility that Asia may be their birthplace.

why do you always run when anyone asks a question you cannot answer. You were going to get the fossil to show a change in kind. You still have not shown one.Secondly you were going to tell me what kept something alive while it was evolving the necessary organs for life.

This from a scientific site - who clearly is against creationist.
there is little consensus on what our family tree is. Everyone accepts that the robust australopithecines (aethiopicus, robustus and
boisei) are not ancestral to us, being a side branch that left no descendants. Whether H. habilis is descended from A. afarensis, africanus, both of them, or neither of them, is still a matter of debate. It is possible that none of the known australopithecines is our ancestor.
