41 today and 45 tomorrow.
Highest on record in January is 45.7 so it may go close as earlier in the week it was predicted as 46.
Then 23,23,33,38 and 40 next Friday and we have been having 2 or 3 day of hot weather in a row there is a
good chance next Saturday will be over 40 as well.
South West Victoria has warnings in place with advising them to evacuate now which is unusual there.
I've got family in Portland and Warnambool
In SA I've got family on KI that's evacuated and Wasleys that have had fires in the past and the rest are in city
areas.
Plenty of smoke around here at times and major fires to the East but nothing close by so far (hopefully it stays
that way as we have thousands of tourists up here at present).

much cooler today, 24c with a nice breeze
lot of smoke in the air i presume is from the fires on kangaroo island.

42. No sign of the strong winds that were threatened, but not supposed to drop at all before 5.

44.1 here and due to drop back to 39 by 6 pm and 14 by 6 am.
Wind is increasing to over 30 km/s and that's not good as things are very dry here.
Good part is that according to radar maps KI is getting some much needed rain and hopefully it helps with the
fires.

Due to be 36 at 8pm and 23 at 11pm, so the front will be coming through sometime in that gap.
