What gets me is Trump's attitude to climate change. The US has some of the most brilliant scientists and advanced technology in the world, and NASA has been observing and monitoring the climate for years. The below evidence from the NASA website makes it very clear that they think the current changes in climate are 95% due to human acticity since the mid-20th Century. Yet Trump refers to this as fake news! He is dangerous.

I see that 3 of those states, Tasmania, Victoria and W.A have all recorded their highest ever temperatures in the last 20 years.

it's just not true...there were planned outages Citipower 33 households  Powercorp 788 households... besides it's only mid 20's here today

I guess they wanted  outages to happen , so they could say build more coal fired power stations

33 households, debra. It's a wonder Skynews didn't jump on that one and say there were 400 hundred Sudanese living in each of them. That would account for the thousands out of power.

I did a bit more research and I found an outage of 3000 in Werribee yesterday..but the powerco didn't attribute it to the heat...  and it was hardly 1000's of households across Melb due to heatwave... honestly they are such drama queens at sky
