Two fisherman were plucked from their sinking boat in Moreton Bay early Friday, after it crashed into rocks at the Redcliffe jetty.
The men, aged 49 and 35, were rescued by the coast guard after calling emergency services for help about 3.20am.
The trawler apparently hit a rock wall at the jetty and began taking on water.
The men both suffered mild hypothermia and were taken by ambulance to Redcliffe Hospital for treatment.
