That's alright. I do like it, you've just got to try not to let it get to you, same as with haters on social media.

Edit: And did polks say on another thread she has a grand-daughter my age?? I didn't realize she was old enough to be my grandmother...

Most of us are that old, including the males.  You would do well to remember that.

Not me! As coincidence would have it........I am ALSO an eighteen year old redhead. Woman Happy

Serving her family for their outback ministry.

I remember my friend's (Penticostal I spoke of earlier) family went with a group of youngsters to China on a ministry. They had to do it secretly - handing out pamphlets etc.

So, tell me, why is outback Australia considered an area in need of foreign missionaries?

edit: and how long is that ministry?

edit again: that's why you are going back?

Re: For Jessica

It's not that type of ministry ๐Ÿ˜›

Ministry can take a lot of different forms. For my family & extended family it's fostering children that are in desperate need of somewhere to go, whether it's one night or three months. But on a day to day basis, I help my family with a couple of long-term foster kids.

Bourke has a large Aboriginal population, and I think every child we've had has been Aboriginal.

Polks, please just give it a rest. I'm really not ok.

I finished my homeschooling early because I worked hard, and I graduated with British qualifications which are proven to be the equivalent to the first year at a Australian university. I had a breakdown because it was so stressful which is why I'm taking a gap year.

The British school year starts in September. I'll be starting studying again in three months.

I'm sorry to hear that but I felt I had picked that up in some of your posts, that you are maybe going thorugh a bit of a tryng time.

You may be used to forums and the way people bandy comments around, usually in a light-hearted manner, so as long as you realize that and don't take things to heart.   I just think it best to be cool and not flirtatious though as some people get ideas.  Just saying.  So have fun, keep on posting   .....  you are very refreshing.
