Talking about aches and pains, flexibility, fitness etc.

Not sure Donna...have ya seen my glasses?...Nothing gradual about that, just seemed to wake up and everything was blurry......like politics.  Probably best I can't read all the BS.

Turning 50 (I'm 53 now) was the catalyst for me.  Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol all kicked in and now I've got arthritis in lots of my joints.  Not to mention menopause X-(

All of a sudden my neck looked like a chook's neck.

And I can't reach my toes.

All I can say is I got my glasses before Julia. I absolutely love wearing glasses, I keep finding dirt is the only downside!

Oh and I forgot about the failing eyesight - both long and short distance!!!
