Annie I am the same. Lots to do but all I really want to do is have a nanny nap. It's calling my name.

Tas you will have a lot of fun with the dog sitting. I have two extras here every working day. They like it so much when son comes to get them they run away and jump on my bed. lol. He is not impressed.

Good afternoon, strange day here, rain and hailstones then sunshine.

Still that darn cold wind, my right wrist is so painful, tried every thing, pain killers only work for a hour.

Hope you are ok Hawk. 

I have been to visit Mum and FIL as per usual. Got a few more groceries for mum. Last wednesday she had a full carton of cat food sachets, plus 2 left from another box. Today she says she needs cat food, I checked the cupboard and there are 3 sachets left. She feeds the cat in the morning, forgets, and in the afternoon feeds him again. lol. One happy cat, he goes across to bro's house, and gets fed again.

Had a big laugh at OH today (up my sleeve, because I really felt sorry for him). He was cutting back the wisteria with hedge clippers, and cut the cord to his earphones. rofl.  

Easy meal tonight, I made Mum rissoles and mash this morning for her tea tonight. Did extra vegies, so all I need to do tonight is cook rissoles.

Good morning

All week I look forward to my Sunday morning sleep-ins but couldn't sleep any longer than 5am this morning!

Thought I'd get up and play around on the computer for a while, but it's running so slow, it's no fun.

In our new flat my front window overlooks the street and a traffic intersection. A 4WD pulled up at the lights and the surfboard it was carrying on the roof-rack flew off onto the road, narrowly missing a cpl of joggers.

They picked it up and helped the driver put it back on the roof-rack.

On my left side I overlook the next-door unit block's garden with it's huge tree.

Earlier, an urban Kookaburra perched in it greeted the new picture-perfect day with laughter.

Just now the Lorikeets have stopped hopping from branch to branch squawking and squabbling with each other. Now they've flown off and there's peace.

I'm off for my Sunday morning walk and gossip catch-up with my neighbour now.

Might clear some cookies or something when I get back. On the computer, I mean, lol.

Icy your outlook sounds interesting. All I am seeing is the lawn that OH needs to cut, and his almost finished greenhouse. I wish he would get a move on with both.  I love to hear a kookaburra, reminds me so much of my childhood on the farm.

Annie, nothing like a show to remove the dollars from your pocket. Bet Miss A loved it though. Very happy birthday to little Miss for yesterday. 

Going to be 26 here today after a rather warm day yesterday.

Sunny day here and tomorrow sunshine as well, then it goes down hill, going to Snow again in the South Island.

I have this feeling that I should just go and live in Byron Bay and be feral hahahaha

Mind you yesterday I thought I might like to see the snow in the South Island, WHAT
