Anyone got any good ideas on how to prevent it.
My fringe and crown are starting to break and I want to stop it.

Why mutilate and torture your hair with perms, bleach, colours, and then use straighteners and hairdryers?
Your crowning glory is what nature has given you, and if you keep it clean and trimmd to a style that suits you, let it dry naturally, it will remain beautiful into old age.
I'll propably get killed here, but I am proud of my naturally white hair.

Crystal, is your hair naturally curly? If so, find a good Hairdresser that will cut it to a suitable style to go with your face and the fall of your curls.
My eldest daughter and her eldest daughter have both natural curly hair. They only get it trimmed once every six month, and their hairstyle suits them just fine. We would not recognise them if they changed colour or straightened their hair.
But, each to their own. I hope you will find the right solution to your problem.

I know its what is really doing it.
1). An ironing board.
2). Brown paper.
3). An iron.
Sorted.

My hairdresser told me to ditch the Pantene and get Moo Goo - I was having almost bald spots and hair breakage and now I have healthier hair.

Fuzzy hair can be beautiful too. Use a good shampoo like a professional Wella one. Expensive but you only need a little bit. Hide it for yourself because younger ones can use anything. I used to love John Frieda from the supermarket and now Tony & Guy is also good and they are available at Coles and Woolies.
My hair is so much stronger and thicker since I gave up smoking. I'm not saying that to make smokers feel bad, it's just true.
