Anyone got any good ideas on how to prevent it.
My fringe and crown are starting to break and I want to stop it.

My hairdresser told me to ditch the Pantene and get Moo Goo - I was having almost bald spots and hair breakage and now I have healthier hair.

Go to your local supermarket and buy a jar of organic coconut oil. It is about $7 depending on the brand. It is solid but will turn into liquid on a hot day so keep it in a cool area. Simply put a small amount the size of a 10 cent coin in your hand and rub your hands together, then gently massage into your scalp. About 2min massage should do it. I do this before going to bed and wash it out in the morning. My hair has never been so healthy.
I have not used any bottles of conditioner for years! You just don't need to if you use organic coconut oil. I have blonde hair and was going white on the sides, the oil seems to have halted further white hair and I have regained some colour back in some spots. I'm hoping it goes all back to blonde.
