Has anyone here ever had a BCC removed from their face? Much of a scar?

I have one and can't decide if I should have a plastic surgeon do it or just the skin specialist.

I am not complaining because anything that happens to me from here on in I have well and truly earn't but I am scared because

I have never had anything go wrong before.

There seems to be a question as to what this lesion is.  It might be something that does not need surgery, so a biopsy is necessary to determine that.

All sections have to be sent to pathology.  Yours sounds like it was a surface lesion, you are lucky.
