despite new things being discovered all the time and in some cases even laws of physics having to be rewritten I think man is so egotistical he believes he knows it all

I'm not voicing my opinion about the whole global warming/climate change thing, simply because I don't know enough about it to engage in any kind of meaningful discussion.
But science is still in it's infancy - what they believe is fact today, is sometimes proven to be wrong by tomorrow....
So, I'm not disagreeing with your perspective, nor anyone else's - I'm happy to sit on the fence for this one.
I do what I need to do and I use what I need to use to keep putting one foot in front of the other and getting through my daily life - if that has consequences, then I guess I have to deal with them when they happen.
Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.
