This is not sour grapes on my part, it is other posters who take fantastic photos and I have asked why they won't post their photos anymore.

(I am talking about 50 posts to a page when I say 1 or 2 pages)

There's only a handful of posters that have won the challenge more than once. Given how long the challenges have been going for, and the relatively small amount of posters I think this shows that anyone can have the winning pic.

I have noticed some of the earlier contibutors have stopped posting, and I think that's a shame.

I've just blown that theory out of the window - my photo on the first page has less votes than some on the last page .

I have also noticed that the winning pic often is one of the first entires. It's why Lurker and myself started with the Voting Day reminders, to try and get everyones entries a good viewing

I particularly like one of this weeks last entries.

It's captivating. The knot in the curtains makes me think of warm summer nights, the yellowy lighting is intimate (not the harsh blue light of a tv), and I imagine two people sitting inside listening to the radiogram, maybe dancing slowly, and someone sitting on the verandah in a cane love seat smoking a long cigarette in one of those cigarette holders

i didnt enter in the first few rounds, i posted a pic on FB and someone from here told me to enter it on the photo thread, it was blue week i think
