Nobody's calling for Big Pharma to go away.  Big Pharma meds treat the symptoms. The cure is in a different area.  It has been confirmed that some herbs have both curing as well as symptom treating properties. No doubt the wellness / natural health industry has shareholders like Big Pharma does.

By the way the_great_she_elephant, can you tell me why you are mentioning incarnations and amulets with herbs?

Addressing icyfroth's question about where the priority is, well it's not in quick cures. So with that in mind, shareholders would get better returns with a company which is successful in selling long term symptom treatment rather than selling a successful short quick cure.

By the way the_great_she_elephant, can you tell me why you put herbs in with incarnations and amulets?  The natural health and tthe new age / occult industtries are not related. So why?

I mentioned incantations, not incarnations - healing charms, used along with herbal remedies and folk cures  before the days of big Pharma.
