My tip for the day:

Don't cut your fringe after you've put your make-up on. The bits you've cut off stick to your face.

If you did cut your fringe after you've put your make-up on, don't try to blow them off with the blow-dryer.

It can blow the little spikey cut off bits into your eyes, which is quite painful and makes them water, so you have to wipe them, resulting in your wiping off your eyeshadow so you may have to re-apply your make-up.

If you can be bothered lol

Make sure you know which is the bottle of dettol and which is the bottle of mouthwash before you absent mindedly unscrew the top and take a swig...

Don't laugh, it's an easy mistake to make in a dimly lit bathroom.

On the upside, I did have "hospital fresh" breath, LOL.

Pin a small safety pin to the seam of your slip and you will not have a clingy skirt or dress. Same thing works with slacks that cling when wearing panty hose. Place pin in seam of slacks and — ta da! — static is gone.

Spraying your hair with deodorant won't fix your hair, and spraying armpits with hairspray won't help against body odour

Never smell the meat/milk/cream/watermelon (you get the idea) if someone says "does this smell alright to you?"

Never shut you thumb in the boot of your car and your keys are inside the car in the ignition.

If you do this you may have to yell for help from the poor old guy next door who takes ten minutes to get up his drive way and down yours to help.

Never let your husband put dishes in the dish washer he may leave the door open and you may turn around from doing some thing in the kitchen and flip right over the top.
