I tried it in France not to my taste I found it stringy and it had a strong perfume taste

Ok so it is stringy, but turned into mince in Lasagne is probably ok

It really is the popes fault, 7th century - he banned it for Christians because only pagans/germans used to worship them - sacrifice and eat them

I'd be ok with horsemeat if there was nothing else but I wouldn't go out of my way  to buy it. Then again I don't go much for pork or lamb either.

Same as Alpaca or Deer or Rabbit.

Chicken or beef for me.

Or pizza lol.
