The surrogate mother is not a saint. She is a human being and a damned fine one. Seems the bio parents haven't quite got there yet.

We do not really know what has happened.  It is possible that the parents thought that the boy was aborted.  The parents say they never met the surrogate, she says she met them.  The only person who really knows is the agent, and I believe he has gone missing.  It is possible the agent told them that the boy was aborted.   It is possible the surrogate met somebody, but it was not the father.  Frankly, I find it hard to believe that the parents would leave the boy behind without consideration for the backlash that would no doubt follow; could they really be so stupid?

While what you refer to is a concern it is not the concerns raised in the information, such as the father is a convicted sex offender

I think there is alot more to this, than what has been said in the media...........it will all come out, eventually.

The surragate mother has other children and she herself is very young.

To not want a child........if that is true........is disgusting, it is not the childs fault that he has health issues and should never have been abandoned by the biological mother just because he has Downs Syndrome, all children are precious.

Just have to wait and see what is true and what isnt.

Very sad for the little boy.

The Supreme Court of Western Australia court documents list the 1997 charges against the man who has returned from Thailand to Bunbury, in WA’s South West, with his wife and a baby girl.

The man appeared in Bunbury court to face charges of unlawfully and indecently dealing with a child under the age of 13 years.

The man was given a three-year jail term, with parole, for sexually molesting two girls under the age of 10.

He had pleaded not guilty to six charges of indecently dealing with a child under 13.
