How do you replace the light in a microwave?

Is it the same type of light they have in fridges?

Do a google search for the brand, model of your microwave and light bulb... see what comes up.

Truth be known am - these days the bulb is probably more expensive than a whole new machine.

Truth be known helen, some have no sense of humour at all, unless it's anti Liberal.

Difficult whether to turn the new 'bulb' left or right.

What do you need a light for anyway?  Can't you remember what you put

in there?

It's not the light that cooks it.    (Maybe the candle would)

Dunno, haven't had a light in mine for a few years. But really liking the candle idea. Not the wax over the food though.

See donna et all. This is a fun thread, no political agenda, no pontification. Just for LAUGHS.

That's laying it on a bit thick,  helen

I haven't got a light in my fridge for the same reason mentioned.

Dunno whether it turns left or right.

Don't want a handful of broken glass

edit:   I use a torch for my oven,  lol

I think a DIY thread - left handed or right handed - doesn't matter.

I'm up for all the whacky duct tape fixes!

Love the torch for the microwave one. I'm still laughing! LOL
