I eat bad things like chocolate and biscuits.. I wish I liked celery because everyone else in the house does...
years ago I went on that 7 day soup diet.. Celery always reminds me of that soup

Carbs for me, crusty bread, olive bread pull aparts, toasties, crumpets, banana bread.. Still love fruit and veg, but as a munchie (which I'm guessing is what you kinda mean by how do you satisfy your hunger) something to just grab thats an instant snack inbetween meals. I try not to snack too much but when I do crave something mid morning or afternoon, it's always carbs...
