Back to Winter in Melbourne so a nice bowl of hot soup - wish I had some waiting for me tonight. Was too hot last night to
think about making soup. At least I know what I will be cooking tonight.

Cashews, Almonds or some dried fruit like Sultanas, Apricots, Pears etc.
Cellery cut to bite size and filled witth cream cheese.
Best of all ----- a glass of cold water sipped slowly.
