it's 44 outdoors and 31 inside.
I have just been out hosing down my caged birds. The big boofheaded english budgie is not coping well.
I also had a king parrot on top of the cage that looked just about knackered. She didn't move when I sprayed her, nor did the rosella in the tree. The kingparrot is sitting on my top step now, she looks a bit better.
I've put a container of water under a tree down the paddock for the koalas and other natives.
I put the hose on the dog too, he wasn't the least bit grateful LOL

I am in Melbourne in The Dandenongs and it is really cool, so much so, we have the ducted heating on..........looks like it is going to rain also.
Would rather the cool than the heat, maybe 25deg sounds good, at the moment it is 16deg where I am.

35 indoors right now.
Don't know what outside is.
Got a big tub of water outside for the birds.
No power, haven't had any for about two hours and no idea when it will be back.
View yesterday afternoon from the small boat ramp at the end of our street of the Straddie smoke from the fire there.
Plus our dear boat sitting in the bay riding out the wind.
