that possums like zucchinis.
They are eating my zucchinis before they are big enough to pick.

In our old house I had possums also living in the walls. It was an old fibro weatherboard house. I miss them. When we first moved in to the old place there was a hole in the ceiling and one fell into the kitchen and freaked us out LOL.
Mostly they seemed to live under the old carport. A lady down the road had even built a little treetop cubbie for them and they used it.
If you have any to spare then send them to me as we don't seem to live with nature anymore except for parrots and galahs.

Of course they love gardens when their natural habitat has been destroyed.

Okay, I used to live on acres. Possums everywhere, trees, sheds, nesting boxes. We were providing them ideal maternity wards. Their progeny then ventured into the ceiling space of a "granny flat" then the main house roof. They pulled off roof tiles, pulled any wire netting, it was relentless. They started to fight with the cats when they invaded the cat enclosure.
A culling happened.
The end.
