I would really like to speak to a supervisor or manager in control of Gumtree. Ebay is the owner of that website and I feel it is poorly run where the customer service is just an absolute joke for good paying business owners.
The policies are archaic and when you try to speak to a manager or supervisor,t he customer service team make you run around in circles.
They are just a bunch of cheap service people from the philippines.
Where has the customer service gone in that gumtree?
If anyone can shed some light on who we can talk to over there, or even get acontact number for someone, then that would be great.
I am almost considering to spend my own money to rival gumtree with another website. One that will be more customer focused.

This is not an ebay question....why do you think we would be able to help?

One thing i do hate though is how many business's advertise on there now. It used to be just a site for the average joe to sell his stuff. Get the business owners and their stuff off it
the business owners are the ones who are paying, which is why we can advertise for free.

I sold two properties on Gumtree and saved heaps in agents commission, also go the asking price and no hassles. Only had to pay for conveyancing.
