yes, we already pay the levy.
A CO-PAYMENT of $6 for bulk-billed visits to GPs will be included in the Abbott governmentโs first budget with the aim of saving $750 million over the next four years.
The expenditure review committee has decided to go ahead with the co-payment, including a proposal to cap it at 12 visits, meaning a maximum extra cost of $72 a year for patients.

i got refused service at a medical centre after declining to see a doctor who had appaling english
i rang before hand and asked for a doctor who's first language was english..........was told that would be fine.
if i am paying for a service i should have a right as to who provides it
