I have a very good idea, person claims to be bullied, ostracised but exhibits the same behaviour themselves at times.. wah wah..self reported posts are read by others before they dissapear you know.... does this make me ineligible to be in your thread Bob?

that is disturbing. It encourages only one side of the story to be heard... those who make the most noise are being heard at present. perhaps others aren't willing to tell the other side because they will get silenced?
