Miss Plibersek must be quaking in her size 10's or would she be salivating that Shorten is under investigation & eyeing the top job for herself.
Where is all the female outrage from labor?? hypoctites.
This poor excuse of a man could soon joining be the ranks of the Labor criminal set which is so long one can't fit it on a single page. I suppose this answers the question of "Where is Bill?" these days.

do you remember the 'Truth' newspaper ?
yeah I know what a kangaroo court is...
so why are you so willing to participate ? don't you care about having credibility ?
your irrational language of denial in the face of what is being openly publicised gives you no credibility, Lakes, sorry.
Frantically trying to cover up Labor's thugs & yes it's out there, people are commenting & Shorten is in hiding so far. I wonder if he'll use his poor wife to stand by him like he did with when he fronted the media about the pregnat staffer.
A pathetic excuse for a man, a union lackey & back stabber, real Labor material.

A kangaroo court is "a mock court in which the principles of law and justice are disregarded or perverted".[1]
Etymology
There is some debate over the origin of the term kangaroo court, but some sources suggest that it may have been popularized during the California Gold Rush of 1849, as a description of the hastily carried-out proceedings used to deal with the issue of claim jumping miners.[2] Other sources claim that the term comes from the notion of justice proceeding "by leaps", like a kangaroo.[3] Some have suggested that the phrase could refer to the pouch of a kangaroo, meaning the court is in someone's pocket. The phrase is considered an Americanism and is still in common use.[4]

Are you a lemming Icy? I suppose I'd rather be called a lemming than be called a mole.
I suppose being in a slice of Lemmings is better than being part of the " Eight Hate". mob.

"The Victorian police are currently investigating ALP Leader Bill Shorten for **bleep** a 16-year-old girl in 1986. The mainstream media reported earlier this month that a “Senior ALP figure” was being investigated for **bleep** but failed to name Bill Shorten although there is nothing to stop them from doing so."
This is the first I've heard of it.There are quite a few links to it on the web. The Kangaroo Court is just one of them.
For what it's worth, I think it's just as much a beat-up as that wall-punching incident of Mr Abbotts that the press had such a field day with during the election lead-up.
And wasn't there a huge crowing about that here by the Labbies!?
which press had the field day with the Abbott wall punching story?
It was largely ignored by the press.

David Marr, the one who cares so much more than anybody else, had a whole chapter in his book devoted to it, did a quarterly essay & included it, did all the ABC shows spruiking it & it hit the media for days on end whilst Gillard was waging her phony gender war to save her own skin.
