Does the state of a persons house (cleanliness) reflect a persons wealth (state of finances)?

Sometimes there's just too much stuff and not enough places to put it......thats my excuse anyway :8}

I can't stand bits of paper cluttering my desk. So I attention them to get rid of them.

I have no problem controlling my money or my finances.
