Is anyone out there scared of birds? What are you scared of?

Especially at this time of year.

My youngest daughter was attacked by an Ibis at Bondi Beach when she was in her pram

They tried to steal her hot chips.

To this day she remains frightened of birds, my husband is scared of dogs. He was also attacked in his pram

What are you scared of?

I think we all feel defenceless when attacked and birds are quite frightening when they go on the attack.

 well i only took a defensive position with the pelican. i in no way attacked it. i simply warned it off from its attempts to swallow a four year olds head.

I'm not scared of them but I don't much care to swooped by them. I don't think I'd like one perched on my shoulder.

I watched it as an adult.. all it did was make me worse.

My father in law said it is an irrational fear so rationale  will not work.

I am not afraid of sea creaturess, snakes, rabbits, dogs, cats....................nothing else.

It is not irrational if it has ever happened to you, ask anyone that has been attacked by a dog.

Animals of any kind chasing you is quite scary.

My Mum was scared of birds. She was ok, unless they were flying around her. She hated their wings near her.

Im terrified of spiders and sharks.

I live 5 minutes away from the beach and never go in the water for fear of being attacked by a shark

I wasnt attacked by one but i was cornered by one as a child ages about 6 years old
