Good for you! happy to hear that you did that for her flannie .
I took my FIL shopping and bought him new clothes for winter, still need to buy shoes. Nothing on sale, nothing cheap. It's his money and he deserves to look nice and feel good!

I was wondeing how you went Freddie,
It sucks being an executor, I'm dealing with trying to sell my dad and grandfathers houses (1 property) with a co executor whose done sweet fa and other family members giving me grief about everything from how much they think the house should sell for to the lawn mower man isnt trimming the edges neat enough Now I have the real estate agent and the solicitor arguing with each other because the section 32's not ready, I cant get on that plane to Thailand quick enough, I just wish I was going away for longer.
To top it off today, I get an email from the solicitor that handled my uncles estate, just when I thought that one was finalised there is more.......he passed away 18 months ago.

Punchy, I know what you mean, no matter what you do there will always be someone ready to spoil your good work. Enjoy your holiday and leave the headaches behind. Sometimes I think we need to get tough, and tell those who cause the stress and grief to get lost.

I'm glad you know where it is

Punch I had to do my aunties estate, and it was very complicated as her will was contested. it took a couple of years to get it finalized & I wasn't able to do things the way she wanted, but I did my best. It's a really stressful job to do
so like freddie said, enjoy your holiday and try not to worry about it for a little while

It is not as if you will be spending the staffs wages on your FIL new clothes, therefore none of their business.
